Our Full Service Contracts are designed to provide homeowners with the peace of mind that their
equipment is well cared for as well as the knowledge that maintenance and repair costs are fixed
for the year.
For a low annual cost you are protected against costly breakdowns and repairs. The
Service Plans are designed to provide homeowners with a cost effective guaranteed service and
maintenance program for their heating and cooling equipment. Our service fleet is fully stocked
and prepared to meet your emergency needs.
Proper preventative maintenance prevents most nuisance problems as they are found and
corrected before they cause unnecessary inconvenience and reduce operating efficiency.
Equipment life spans are extended.
Contract Plans are for residential customers with gas forced hot air heat, central air conditioning,
Heat Pump units and package units.

HEATING ONLY:

EQUIPMENT OPTIONS:
Customers may request the following peripheral equipment be added to a contract fo the
following prices. All other peripheral equipment such as thermostats or zone dampers are not
included in any contract.
DUCT CLEANING:

AIR CLEANER:
Electronic - includes cleaning only
Media - includes cleaning or media

Prices quoted cover residential gas heating, heat pumps, package units and air conditioning
systems. Before any contracts are accepted an inspection must be performed at the going rate and any repairs made at the customers expense.
The cost of the inspection may be applied to the contract price. All prices are subject to change.
EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
Our service contracts do not cover pre-existing conditions, obsolete parts or any parts or labor
required to repair equipment damaged by flooding, freezing, fire, customer negligence or
vandalism. Biagio’s Air Conditioning & Heating will not be responsible for any direct, consequential or incidental damages resulting from equipment failure. To qualify for a plan, equipment must be in good working condition and meet state and local code requirements.
